LacPET®, une nouvelle technologie pour l'industrie de l'emballage
Following the granting of the French patent, Tergal Industries has obtained the granting of its European patent for its LacPET® technology which enables the preserving of light sensitive products such as dairies in monolayer opaque packaging. Deposited in November 2005, the European patent has been published in the Official Journal of the European Patent Office on the 13th of February 2008.
LacPET® is now a new competitive monolayer solution compared to the existed multilayer packaging such as HDPE bottles or cardboard bricks.
The next step is the granting of the world patent which is currently analysed by competent authorities
