Virgin raw materials for quality products

Polyester is produced by polycondensing products from the oil industry: an alcohol and an acid.

The polymer obtained is extruded through dies, cooled and oiled: this is the spinning stage.

The bundles of filaments obtained are assembled and drawn.  This new stage means that the mechanical and physical properties can be settled, and the filaments crimped and oiled in preparation for later transformation.

This continuous process from virgin raw materials ensures the best guarantees of homogeneity for our products.

An on-line dye injection process gives our through-coloured products excellent consistency and reproducibility.
